摘要
目的探讨支原体和衣原体感染对精子形态的可能影响。方法对724例已检测出支原体(UU)或/和衣原体(CT)感染的男性不育患者精液采用精子形态检测系统下人工修正方法进行精子形态分析。已生育的健康男性(335例)为对照。支原体和衣原体检测分别采用培养法和快速免疫法。结果UU感染组、CT感染组以及UU和CT同时感染组中正常形态精子百分率低于正常生育组(P<0.01),异常形态精子百分率高于正常生育组(P<0.01)。其中UU感染组中头部畸形、尾部畸形精子百分率较正常生育组升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);CT感染组中头部畸形精子百分率比正常生育组高(P<0.05);UU,CT同时感染时头部、尾部以及混合畸形精子百分率较生育组升高(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论支原体和衣原体感染均可能导致精子形态的异常。
Objective To evaluate the influences of infection with Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) on the sperm morphological changes. Methods The sperm morphological analysis of 724 cases of infertile men caused by UU and/or CT infection was performed by sperm morphological detection system and artificial adjusted method. 335 cases of health fertile men were used as control. The detection of UU and CT were performed by cultivation and tachyphylaxisrespectiveness. Restdts The percentages of normal morphological sperm in UU infection group, CT infection group and the group with both UU and CT infection were significantly lower than that in normal fertile group (P〈0.01). The percentages of abnormal morphological sperm in the former three groups were significantly higher than that of normal fertile group(P〈0.01) . The percentages of head and tail deformity in UU infection group were significantly higher than that in normal fertile group(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The percentage of head deformity in CT infection group was significantly higher than that in normal fertile group (P〈0.05). The percentages of head, tail and combined deformity in the group with both UU and CT infection were significantly higher than that in normal fertile group(P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0.05) .Conclusion Either UU or CT infection can cause abnormal change of sperm morphology.
