臂丛阻滞复合浅全麻用于上肢手术病人麻醉的探讨

摘要
单纯臂丛神经丛阻滞对患者损伤小,并发症少,但患者术中恐惧、知晓和不适感增强嗍。有研究报道臂丛阻滞复合浅全麻却能够消除这种不适感和术中知晓对患者造成的心理伤害。我院采用2种不同的麻醉方法进行比较,探讨臂丛阻滞复合浅全麻用于上肢手术病人麻醉的可行性和优点。
