摘要
在口腔医学方面,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯水凝胶可被用作软衬层材料,具有良好的生物相容性、安全性.对其往往以粉液(单体)调和形式使用,因此对预聚体粉末的粒度及后处理提出要求.通常聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯水凝胶预聚体粉末的合成采用传统的悬浮聚合的方法,但由于其特殊的反应介质等情况,使反应的温控、后处理以及颗粒粒度不尽人意.因此,我们在悬浮聚集合的基础上,通过大量的实验进行以硅油为反应介质的滴加合成方法,观察比较聚合过程及颗粒加工等情况,得到了较满意的合成加工工艺.
In dental clinic, PHEMA hy-drogel can be used as the denture relining material because of its good biocompatibil-itry. On the basis of the suspension polymerization of PHEMA, we modified the polymerization media, rection technique and post polymerization process. Compared with the traditional synthetic process of the kind of PHEMA, the more satisfactory result was find in this study.
