细菌拉丝实验鉴别革兰氏阴阳性菌的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:传统的细菌革兰氏染色法操作繁锁,初学者不易掌握,寻找一种简便方法。方法:在玻片上将细菌与碱液混合,用接种环或接种针往上挑,观察有无丝状物出现,我们把它叫作“细菌拉丝实验”。结果:用本法鉴别细菌革兰氏染色性质,G-菌有丝状物出现,即拉丝实验阳性,G+菌无丝状物,拉丝实验阴性。结论:经过对照使用,本法具有快速、准确、简便、结果易判断,成本低廉等优点,值得推广应用。 Objective: As the classical Gram's staining (G) is difficult to control for junior technicians, a substitute method which is easy to master was found by the authors. Method: put the cultivated bacteria and a drop of alkaline liquid together on a piece of glass, mixed thoroughly with inoculation loop or needle, and observed the appearance of a thread like substance when the loop or needle was drawn upward. This method we called'thread-drawing test'. Result: G-bacteria is thread-drawing test positive (with a thread 3-9mm long), G+ bacteria is negtive (no thread forming). Conclusion:The new method is faster, simpler, less costly and moer accurate than the classical Gram's stain. It is worthy of wide application.
