摘要
目的:建立起一种适用于多种食品包装材料的挥发性有机溶剂残留的快速、高通量气相色谱分析方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱对食品包装材料中的醇、酯、苯系物等溶剂残留进行迁出性检测研究,采用FID检测器、保留时间定性、外标法定量。结果:对于醇、酯、苯系物等典型溶剂残留,其回收率范围81%~109%,相对标准偏差〈4.5%,检测限0.14~0.36 mg/L。结论:本检测方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度高,方法便捷、重现性好,适用于多种材质材料的检测。
Objective:To develop a rapid and high flux gas - chromatrograph method for the determination of solvent residual from the food packing materials. Methods:The solvents residual of alcohol, ester and benzene series were determined by head - space gas chromatography using FID detector, retention time idetification and external standard quantification. Results:The recoveries of typicle solvents ranged between 81% - 109% , the RSD was satisfactory with less than 4. 5% and limit of detection ranged from 0. 14 to 0. 36 mg/L. Conclusiion:This method is sensitive, accurate and precise for rapid determiantion of solenets residual from the food packings and sutible for many kinds of materials.
