摘要
目的:建立虾仁中甲醛的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:准确称取捣碎的试样约5 g(精确至0.01 g),用水提取样品中的甲醛,经过滤后,与2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生,在波长365 nm处以紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:加标回收率在94.4%~99.9%,相对标准偏差均小于2%,检出限小于0.20 mg/kg。结论:本法分离度好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于虾仁中甲醛的测定。
Objective: To develop a method for determination of formaldehyde in shrimp by HPLC chromatography with UV detector. Methods:The formaldehyde in 5 gram pounding sample was extracted by water and derivatized with 2, 4 dinitrophenylhydrazine, then detected by UV detector with the wavelegth at 365 nm. Then it was analyzed by external calibration method. Results:The recoveries were between 94. 4% -99. 9% , the lowest detection limit 0. 20 mg/kg and relative standard deviation below 2%. Conclusion: The method is simple and convenient with good separation for analysis of formaldehyde in shrimp.
