摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中氯乙酸的检测方法,并应用于水样的检测。方法:水样经硫酸酸化,以含内标的甲基叔丁基醚萃取后,甲酯化衍生GC-ECD测定。同时测定加标回收率和精密度及实际水样。结果:本法的加标回收率在90%以上,6份平行样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)二氯乙酸为1.8%,三氯乙酸为1.9%,检出限依次为0.83μg/L和0.4μg/L。DCAA在0~80μg/L、TCAA在0~40μg/L内均具有良好的线性,工作曲线相关系数均〉0.99。测定了深圳市部分出厂水和末梢水样,大部分水样均含有氯乙酸消毒副产物。结论:本法具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于生活饮用水中氯乙酸的检测。
Objective : To establish the gas chromatography in drinking water chloroacetate detection. Methods : Acidification by sulfuric acid in water samples in order to contain within the subject of methyl tert - butyl ether extraction, the methyl ester derivative of GC - ECD Determination. Simultaneous determination of recoveries and precision and the actual water samples. Results: Recoveries over 90% , the relative standard deviation of sample ( n = 6) was 1.8% for dichloroacetic acid and 1.9% for trichloroacetic acid and the detection limit was 0. 83 μg/L and 0. 4 μg/L respectively. DCAA in 0 - 80 μg/L, TCAA in 0 - 40 μg/L both have good relativity (r 〉 0. 99). Conclusion:The preposed method is sensitive and precise for determination of DCAA and TCAA in drinking water.
