应用平面磁芯结构的高功率密度整流变压器设计 被引量:1

Design of Rectifier Transformer With High Power Density Based on Planar Magnetic Cores

摘要 为解决高压绝缘致使高频大功率开关电源中整流变压器功率密度不高的问题,通过分析常规结构整流变压器电位分布的不合理因素,提出一种新的变压器磁芯结构。它采用平面磁芯并联磁路构成变压器单元,由不同单元串级连接、层叠布局形成整个变压器磁芯。设计实例分析表明,该串级式层叠平面磁芯变压器的电位分布有利于提高整流变压器的功率密度,且比常规结构整流变压器的功率密度有显著提高。 The rectifier transformer of high-frequency high power-rating switching power supplies has a drawback of low power density due to the rigorous requirements of high voltage insulation. The potential distribution of the conventional high power transformers was analyzed and the unfavorable factors affecting their potential distribution were investigated in this paper. Based on the research findings, a new magnetic core configuration of rectifier transformer was proposed. The parallel connection of planar cores was adopted as a unit, and different units were cascaded and laminated together to form the entire magnetic core. The analysis of two design examples on the potential distribution reveals that the proposed configuration can improve system power density significantly, and the proposed configuration was found to be able to have much higher power density compared with the conventional transformer.
