摘要
本文介绍了Proteus软件的特点和功能以及基于Proteus进行单片机系统开发的过程。在Proteus环境下结合KeilC对空气等离子切割机的控制系统进行了调试仿真,仿真证明,该系统可以完成空气等离子切割机的整体控制功能。在Proteus环境下完成单片机系统的硬件设计和软件调试,可以降低设计成本,缩短开发周期,提高效率。
Introduced the characteristic and function of Proteus software, as well as the process of the development of MCU system based on Proteus. Control system of air plasma cutting machine was debugged and simulated under Proteus and Kiel C, The simulation had proven that this system can able to complete the air plasma cutter's all control function, and therefore design and simulation of control system of digital power supply of air plasma cutting machine used Proteus can reduce development cost, short the development cycle and raise the efficiency.
