摘要
鸡蛋清经去卵粘蛋白、盐析后,获得卵转铁蛋白粗提物,通过两步Q-Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换色谱纯化卵转铁蛋白(OVT),利用SDS-PAGE电泳和HPLC法检测其纯度。结果表明,两步阴离子交换色谱获得纯度分别为78.26%和97.53%的卵转铁蛋白。
The ovotransferrin was purified by mucin-free and ammonium sulfate precipitation and two-step Q- Sepharose Fast Flow ion-exchange chromatograph from the hen egg white, the purity of ovotransferrin was assayed by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.The results showed the purity of ovotransferrin after two-step Q-Sepharose Fast Flow anion-exchange chromatograph was 78.26% and 97.53% respectively.
