摘要
讨论了基于热力状态参数的循环流化床燃烧锅炉状态监测与故障诊断专家系统CFBBEX-PTS的推理控制机制。它是数据驱动的前向推理链和目标驱动的后向推理链2种基本推理控制策略的有效组合。独具特色的是,其内核包含了候选生成、矛盾检测、局部诊断、约束隔离和约束传播等互相联系和支持的高级诊断技术。该文提出的故障判定原则适用于带反馈回路的热力对象。
AbstractThis paper discussed the inference control mechanism of monitoring and diagnostic expert system for circulating fluidized combustion boiler on the basis of the references1, 2 and 3. This mechanism is the effective combination of the data driven forward inference chain with the target driven backward inference chain. The five advanced diagnostic techniques, such as candidate generation, discrepancy detection, local diagnosis, constraint suspension diagnosis and constraint propagation diagnosis are included. The principle of fault determination proposed in this paper is relevant for the thermal power system with feedback loops.
