摘要
目的:调查不同学科性质高校教师的心理健康状况,为提高高校教师的心理健康水平提供依据。方法:采用90项症状自评量表,在贵州高校中随机抽取医学院校、师范院校和工科院校教师521人进行调查。结果:师范院校教师和工学院校教师的心理健康水平低于全国常模;医学院校教师心理健康水平高于全国常模,不同学科高校教师间的心理健康状况有其特殊性。结论:总体上高校教师心理健康水平低于其他人群,但是不同学科的高校间存在差异。
Objective: To investigate the status of psychologic health for offering the basic data on elevating collegial teachers. Methods : Status of psychological health of collegial teachers, stochastically selected in college of engineering, normal college and medical college were investigated by SCL-90. Results:Compared with countrywide model, status of psychological health of were lower in collegial teachers in the college of engineering and normal college,but higher in the medical college. Particularity of status of psychological health exists in different college. Conclusion:Status of psychological health in collegial teachers was lower than that of countrywide model and difference exists in different college.
