摘要
研究了碱土金属、稀土金属及过渡金属氧化物对氧化锡酒敏灵敏度和选择性的影响,及不同比例的氧化锌、氧化锡混合物对酒精灵敏度和选择性的影响.实验结果表明,氧化锌掺杂氧化锡对酒精具有较好的气体灵敏度和选择性,其中20%ZnO2-SnO2材料酒敏灵敏度高,选择性好,响应恢复快,且长期稳定性较好,有可能应用于交通司机酗酒检测.
Effect of alkaline earth,rare earth and transition metal oxides on alcohol sensitivity and selectivity of SnO_2 were studied,and effect of mixing ratio of ZnO and SnO_2 on alcohol sensitivity and selectity of SnO_2 were also researched.It can be seen from experimental results,ZnO doped SnO_2 gas sensing materials has good gas sensitivity and selectivity,20% ZnO doped SnO_2 gas sensing material has good alcohol sensitivity and selectivity,can respond quickly,it's stability in storage is also good.It can be applied in alcohol detection of engine driver.
