摘要
重点对上海市机动车排气污染的严峻形势、机动车控制现状和存在问题,以及拟议中的国家新排放标准作了分析,提出了加强上海市汽车排放控制的建议和措施。
The serious situation of motor vehicle emission in Shanghai, the present situation of motor vehicle control and existing problems, new discussing emission standards are analyzed in this paper. The suggestions and measures for strengthening motor vehicle emission control in Shanghai are stated.
