摘要
论述了当前烟草学专业本科生严峻的就业形势及其产生的原因,认为缓和烟草学本科生就业矛盾应改革生产实习模式,实施生产实习教学内容体系及教学方法的配套改革,探索多种形式并存的新生产实习模式,缓解毕业生的就业压力。
The current severe employment situation of the undergraduate majoring in tobacco, and the reasons of which were discussed. The countermeasures of alleviating the employment contradiction were put forward, including reforming the manufacturing practice modes, carrying out the coordinated reform of teaching content system of manufacturing practice and teaching method, and exploring new manufacturing practice modes.
