摘要
USB接口作为PC机最流行的接口之一,不仅安装和连接简单,而且降低了设备调试对现场及环境要求。随着控制技术、接口技术的不断发展,USB接口在数控技术、运动控制以及其它工业控制领域中也得到了广泛的运用。在研究运动控制卡的功能特点的基础上,采用TI公司的DSP-TMS320LF2812和ALTERA的Cyclone II系列的FPGA-EP2C8作为核心处理芯片,构成DSP和FPGA硬件平台。在此基础上,采用CY-PRESS公司的高速传输的EZ-USB FX2控制器CY7C68013A设计了一款基于USB接口的运动控制卡。介绍了运动控制卡的总体结构,对USB接口软、硬件,以及DSP相关的软件程序进行了详细设计。
As one of the most popular interfaces, USB not only is easy for installation and connection, but also reduces the requirement for field and environment. With the development of control technology, interface technology, USB interface has been widely used for numerical control, motion control and other industrial control fields. Researched on the function characters of motion control board, TI's DSP-TMS320LF2812 and ALTERA' s Cyclone Ⅱ series FPGA-EP2C8 were adopted as the kernel processors in this design, which formed a DSP and FPGA hardware platform. Based on these, a motion control board has been designed by in- troducing the cypress' CY7C68013A, a high speed EZ-USB FX2 microcontroller. The whole structure of the motion board has been presented, as well as the USB interface software and hardware design, the correlative program design.
