摘要
双轴数控回转工作台是五轴数控机床的基础部件,它能够实现C,A轴的回转进给与定位。在三轴联动的立式数控铣床上增加双轴数控回转工作台,并通过数控改造使之成为五轴数控铣床是扩展机床使用功能的简捷方式。文章介绍了回转工作台的结构与工作原理,重点讨论了双螺距渐厚蜗杆调隙结构、回转台与摇摆台的回转锁紧装置的结构设计。
2-axis table is one of the basic components in 5 axis numerical machine tool, which enables the rotating feed and allocation between A and C axis. Adding the 2 axis rotating table to the 3 axis vertical numerical milling machine and digitalization are key steps to turn the vertical machine tool to a 5 axis milling machine. This thesis introduces the structure and principle of rotating table, with emphasis of rotating table and locking mechanism.
