摘要
教研室管理,是一个关乎学校办学效应、社会声誉的重要课题。针对普通高校教研室管理中存在的6大问题,明确教研室主任的任职条件与职责、待遇;加强组织建设,实现教研室设置的科学化、合理化;重视教研室师资队伍建设,组建学术团队;建立教研室奖励补贴、考核、评估机制等是加强教研室管理的有效措施。
The management of teaching and research section is an important issue about school effects and social reputation. For six problems in the manangement of teaching and research section of colleges and universities, this article makes the director's Conditions of service,responsibilities and treatment clear and definite; Strengthening the building of the organization so as to achieve scientific and rationalized teaching and research settings, attaching great importance to the building of the ranks of teachers and organizing the academic team in the teaching and research section, and establishing award subsidies, assessment and evaluation system are the effective measures of strengthening the management of the Department.
