摘要 传统的工作流系统缺乏面向业务人员的统一数据描述和处理,导致技术人员过多地参与业务管理,大大削弱了业务人员的管理权限。为解决上述问题,提出一种面向业务语义的统一工作流数据描述和处理方法。利用数据源概念描述屏蔽异构数据源的物理特性,为业务人员提供具有自然语义的数据及约简的数据关联关系集合,并实现数据的一致访问。该方法通过映射机制,将分散的数据源数据有机地整合起来,为业务人员提供统一的数据视图,不但降低了数据处理与流程处理的耦合性,分离了业务人员和技术人员的职责,而且统一了数据管理,简化了工作流系统与外界的交互,增强了系统灵活性。 Traditional workflow management system lacked business personnel-oriented Uniform data description and processing, which resulted in the technical personnel overly involving the business management, thus weakening the execution ability of business personnel. To solve this problem, a semantic-oriented uniform business data description and processing method was proposed. The method used the data source concept description to hide the physical properties of heterogeneous data source, providing data with natural semantics and reduced data association relation set for business personnel, and realizing the consistent access to data. This method also used mapping mechanism to integrate the disperse data in data sources and provided an uniform view for business personnel, which not only lowered the coupling between data processing and workflow processing, separated the duties of technical personnel from that of business personnel, but also unified the data management, simplified the interaction between the workflow system and users, and enhanced the system flexibility.
