摘要
为满足顾客的质量需求,提出了一种基于二元语义的质量功能展开中顾客需求的最终重要度确定方法。针对顾客表达信息的模糊性和不确定性,引入近年来最新发展的二元语义表示语言评价信息,在综合顾客需求方面,考虑了语言表达的多粒度多语义的情况,然后通过二元语义算子进行集结计算,从而确定顾客需求的基本重要度。同时,利用市场竞争性评估和竞争目标,对基本重要度进行修正,进而确定顾客需求的最终重要度。最后,通过实例说明了本文所提方法的有效性。
In order to satisfy customers' quality requirements, a method based on two-tuple linguistic was proposed to obtain the final importance of the customer requirements in Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Due to the imprecise and vague information representation, the two-tuple linguistic model developed in recent years was introduced in QFD to represent the linguistic assessment information. And the situation of multi-granularity and multi-semantic in linguistic statement in analyzing and integrating the customers' requirements were also considered. The two-tuple linguistic operators were used to aggregate the information, and the fundamental importance of customer requirements were determined. Moreover, market competition assessment and competition target were used to correct the fundamental importance so as to determine the final importance of the customer requirements. Finally, a case study was provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
