摘要
为了改进摩擦材料的摩擦学性能和制造工艺,对摩擦制动材料的冷压工艺进行了研究.在改变传统粘结剂的基础上,选取了适宜冷压工艺的配方,制定了冷压工艺路线,并确定了具体的工艺参数.分析了对比试验和定速摩擦试验的结果,对工艺参数进行了优化.实验结果表明:冷压摩擦材料具有良好的成型效果、稳定的摩擦系数、良好的耐磨性质和满意的冲击强度.
A new cool-press process was studied in order to improve the friction performance and forming techniques of friction materials. Through changing the traditional bond of friction materials, cool-press process and concrete process parameters were presented. The concrete process parameters were optimized according to the analyses of contrast experiment and stable friction testing.
