Preparation of N,S-Co-doped P25 Photocatalyst

摘要 用甲硫氨酸与P25研磨-共煅烧方法制备了掺杂改性P25可见光活性催化剂.通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、EDX能谱和X衍射手段对掺杂改性P25光催化剂进行了表征.结果表明:掺杂改性P25光催化剂的吸收波长红移到接近700nm,少量的N和S元素进入了P25晶格.亚甲基蓝降解实验表明,700℃煅烧2 h的掺杂改性P25光催化剂有最大的亚甲基蓝降解率(大于50%).甲硫氨酸掺杂改性P25光催化剂的亚甲基蓝光催化降解过程符合Langmuir-Hinselwood表观一级动力学方程. This paper reports the preparation of P25 photocatalyst doping-modified with methionine by co-calcining the ground mixture of the P25 and methionine. The doping-modified P25 photocatalyst is characterized by UV-vis adsorption spectrum, EDX energy spectrum and XRD. The data from characterization show that the adsorption wavelength of doping-modified P25 shifts red to nearly 700nm, and a few nitrogen and sulfur elements are incorporated into the lattice of P25 crystalline. The measurements of degradation test for methylene blue (MB) reveal that the doping-modified P25 calcined at 700℃ for 2.0 hours possesses maximal decoloration to MB ( 〉 50% ), and the photodegrading process of MB follows the pseudo-first order kinetics of Langrnuir-Hinselwood rate law.
