摘要
颅脑外伤合并颅底骨折是神经外科的常见危重病,由于颅底解剖结构复杂、形态各异,传统的影像学,如X线、常规CT对颅底骨折的诊断率不高,易造成临床漏诊,HRCT薄层扫描及高分辨重建后,由于层面薄、无重叠干扰,图像分辨率高,提高诊断的准确性并制定治疗计划,提高手术准确性及手术疗效。
Brain trauma with skull fractures are common in critically ill neurosurgery patients,because of the complex anatomical structure of the skull base, different patterns, the traditional imaging, such as X-ray, conventional CT diagnosis of fractures of the skull base was not high, easily give rise to clinical misdiagnosis, HRCT thin high-resolution scanning and reconstruction, as the dimensions of thin, non-overlapping interference,high resolution images can improve diagnostic accuracy, develop a treatment programand improve the accuracy of surgery and surgical treatment.
