摘要
作为网民使用最多的两大语言——英语和汉语,其网络交际语言在构词上有相似之处,同时也表现出了不同的特点。文章通过对比英汉网络交际语言在造词方法上的异同,探讨了它们的构词理据。
English and Chinese, two languages with most netizens in the world, have both similarities and dissimilarities in word formation as far as netspeak is concerned. The article compares the ways and explores the motivations in their word formation in netspeak.
