摘要
传统目视类实验教学设备(立式接触干涉仪、光切显微镜、万能工具显微镜、大型工具显微镜等),普遍采用人眼通过显微目镜目视进行测量,调试时间长,瞄准读数误差大。通过试验探索,该文介绍了此类设备通过引入CCD摄像技术和计算机图像处理技术,对传统设备进行可视化改造的方法,达到调试、测量结果的智能化。
The measuring method of adapting microscope eyepiece has been in general use in the conventional visible experimental teaching equipment such as Vertical Contact Interferometer, Light-section Microscope, Universal Toolmaker's Microscope, Giant Toolmaker's Microscope, and so on. It has weakness of longer debugging or measuring time, and bigger error in reading or collimating. By using the CCD Camera Technology and the Computer Image Processing Technology, the conventional equipment mentioned above is improved to become visualization equipment. Researching above can realize the intelligentization of debugging and measuring.
