摘要
针对新疆陆东五彩湾区块地层压力系数低,井漏气窜严重等特点,研制出了一种适合于该区块的低密度非渗透胶乳水泥浆体系。通过对水泥浆的抗气窜性能评价表明,该水泥浆失水低,稠化过渡时间短,在形成水泥石后,相比常规水泥石,具有胶结强度大,脆性系数小,冲击能力高,体积微膨胀,水泥浆防窜系数SPN低等优点。综合评价该水泥浆具备很好的抗窜能力。
A low-density and impervious latex- cement slurry has developed for Wucaiwan Block in Ludong of Xinjiang where the formation pressure coefficient is low and the lost circulation and gas channeling are serious. Evaluation of anti-gas-channeling performance indicates that the latex-cement slurry has a little water loss and short thickening time. Compared with the conventional cement paste, the formed cement paste of latex cement slurry has a greater cementing strength, a smaller brittle coefficient, a high impact resistance, a slight volume expansion and a low anti-channeling coefficient. A comprehensive evaluation shows that latex-cement slurry has a good anti-channeling performance.
