摘要
目的观察血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原(FIB)在脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(SCIRI)中的变化,探讨D-二聚体和FIB在SCIRI中的意义。方法采用Zivin法建立家兔SCIRI模型,动态监测兔SCIRI缺血前即刻(10 min)、缺血45 min(Ⅰ45 min)、缺血再灌注后2 h(I/R2 h)、缺血再灌注后6 h(I/R6 h)、缺血再灌注后12 h(I/R12 h)5个时间点D-二聚体和FIB在血浆中含量的变化。结果血浆D-二聚体和FIB在Sham组和I/R组逐渐升高,均在缺血再灌注后2 h达到峰值,之后呈下降趋势。血浆D-二聚体于缺血再灌注后2 h和6 h时间点,I/R组与Sham组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆FIB于缺血再灌注后2 h、6 h和12 h时间点,I/R组与Sham组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论D-二聚体和FIB在SCIRI时显著增高,提示SCIRI与血液高凝和继发性纤溶状态密切相关。
Objective To explore the changes and significance of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen (FIB) in spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury (SCIRI). Methods SCIRI models were established with Zivin method in rabbits. Plasma D-dimer and FIB were measured at five time points: at ischemia (10 min), ischemia 45 rain ( I 45 min), 2 h after ischemia-reperfusion ([/R 2 h), 6 h after ischemia-reperfusion (I/R 6 h) and 12 h after ischemiareperfusion (I/R 12 h). Results In both the sham group and I/R group, plasma D-dimer and FIB increased gradually and reached the peak value at I/R2h, then the decrease tendency was observed 2 hours later. There was a significant difference in D-dimer value between the sham and I/R groups at 2 h and 6 h time points (P〈0.05). A significant difference in FIB was found between the sham and IR groups at 2 h, 6 h and 12 h time points (P〈0.05). Conclusion The ovcrexpression of D-dimer and FIB in SCIRI showing hypercoagulability and secondary fibrinolysis may be closely related to SCIRI.
