老年代谢综合征血清游离脂肪酸/氧化低密度脂蛋白水平变化的相关分析 被引量:6

Analysis of Changes and Correlation of Serum Free Fatty Acid and OxLDL in Elderly Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

摘要 目的了解老年代谢综合征患者(metabolic syndrome,MS)血清游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,oxLDL)的变化,研究这二项指标与胰岛素抵抗的关系,并探讨其与MS各组份的相互关系。方法按2005年国际糖尿病联盟推荐的MS临床诊断标准筛选MS组169例,老年健康对照组89例,分别测定FFA、oxLDL和常规血脂、血糖、血尿酸(uric acid,UA)、血清胰岛素、计算胰岛素敏感指数(insulin sensi-tivity index,ISI)和体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)。结果MS组的血清FFA、oxLDL水平明显高于对照组,ISI明显低于对照组,并且随MS合并组份数的增加,其升高趋势更加显著。血清FFA与oxLDL正相关,FFA、oxLDL与胆固醇、甘油三酯、餐后血糖、BMI等正相关,FFA、oxLDL与ISI负相关。结论老年MS患者的血清游离脂肪酸、氧密度脂蛋白水平升高,并间接反映胰岛素抵抗程度。 Objective To find the change of serum free fatty acid (FFA) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox LDL) in elderly patients with metabolic syndrome (MS), to investigate its correlation with insulin resistance and the ingredients of metabolic syndrome. Methods Based on standards of international diabetes federation, 169 elderly patients with MS were selected as MS group, and 89 healthy cases were control group. Serum FFA, oxLDL, blood lipid, blood glucose, uric acid, serum insulin, insulin sensitivity index (ISI), body mass index (BMI) were determined. Results The levels of FFA and oxLDL in MS group were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of ISI in MS group were significantly lower than the control group. With the increase of the MS ingredients numbers, the levels of FFA and oxLDL also had an increasing tendency. FFA level was positively correlated with oxLDL. Levels of FFA and oxLDL were positively correlated with total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), post prandial glucose (PPG) and BMI. There was negative correlation between the levels of FFA, oxLDL and ISI. Conclusion The levels of serum FFA and oxLDL increase in senile patients with MS and indirectly reflect the insulin resistance degree.
