摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌(nasopharygeal carcinoma,NPC)放疗后鼻窦炎的鼻内镜手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对34例鼻咽癌放疗后并发鼻窦炎患者,经鼻腔冲洗及药物保守治疗3个月以上未愈,采用鼻内镜下手术治疗,术后随访6～18个月,观察其疗效。结果34例中,治愈28例(51.1%),好转5例(46.5%),无效1例(2.3%),总有效率97.7%。7例发生鼻腔粘连,经定期鼻内镜检查及鼻腔清理而治愈。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗放疗后鼻窦炎疗效显著,术后定期随访并作鼻腔清理可防止鼻腔粘连及复发。
Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic surgery（ESS） in nasal sinusitis in the patients with nasopharygeal carcinoma （NPC） after radiotherapy. Methods 34 patients with NPC after radiotherapy who suffered from sinusitis, were given endosopic surgery as meeting the standard of the diagnosis before surgery, followed up regularly 6 - 8 months after endoscope. Results 28 cases（51.1 %） were cured, 5 cases（46.5%） got improved, but 1 case （2.3%） failed, and the effective rate was 97.7%. The main complication was postoperative adhesion of nasal cavity. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery（ESS） is an effective method of curing sinusitis in the patients with nasopharygeal carcinoma （NPC） after radiotherapy.
