摘要
针对可靠性的稳定性问题,将可靠性优化设计理论与可靠性灵敏度分析相结合,提出可靠性稳健优化设计方法.将此法运用于单层厚壁容器设计,建立基于灵敏度分析的附加目标函数的可靠性稳健优化设计模型,并用MATLAB语言工具箱和优化工具箱实现参数求解,可迅速、准确地获得容器可靠性稳健设计信息.结果表明该方法简便易行,为提高和稳定过程设备的可靠性水平提供理论依据和应用参考.
Aimed at the stability problem of reliability and combining the reliability optimum design theory with reliability sensitivity analysis, a method of reliability-based robust optimization design was presented. By applying this method to a monolayer thick-wall vessel, a model of reliability-based robust optimization design was established on the basis of an additional objective function and sensitivity analysis as well. The necessary parameters were determined by using MATLAB language toolbox and optimization toolbox, and the reliability-based robust design information could be obtained quickly and accurately. The result showed that this method was simple and easy to implement, so that a theoretical basis and application reference were provided for improving and stabilizing the reliability level of processing equipment.
