摘要
近年来,大蒜素作为一天然活性药物,其临床意义引起人们广泛关注。本文对大蒜素具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗衰老、抗微生物、抗溃疡、抗氧化、提高机体免疫力等多种临床应用进行阐述,说明大蒜素有广阔的应用前景。
Recently,Allicin is believed to be the main natural component responsible for the biological activity of garlic,its clinical significance attracts wide attention. Allicin application may be an effective therapy to control many diseases by these bioactivities of anti tumor, anti inflammation, anti aging, anti microbial activity, anti-ulcer, anti-oxidation and immunomodulation. The clinical effect the paper expounded show that application foreground of Allitin is extensive.
