摘要
对6110柴油机整体曲轴运用Pro/e建立了符合实际情况的三维模型,导入Ansys对其进行了有限元分析,分析了整体曲轴的受力,并且对曲轴单拐有限元模型的应力状态进行了研究。最后对整体曲轴进行了自由模态分析,为曲轴的优化设计提供一定的参考依据。
Set up a three-dimensional model of 6110 diesel engine crankshaft corresponding to the practical conditions by Pro/e, and then carry out the finite element analysis of the crankshaft by Ansys. The stress of both the whole crankshaft and the single crank were studied. The modal analysis was made at last, therefore the valuable theory basis is provided for optimal design.
