摘要
建立了某规格TB6钛合金坯料升降温过程的数学模型,利用商业有限元软件DEFORM对其升降温过程中的温度场进行有限元数值模拟。得到了TB6钛合金坯料在炉中升温和空冷降温过程中任意一点的温度曲线,进而把该模拟方法应用于不同规格TB6钛合金坯料在升降温过程的温度场模拟。结果表明:模拟的数据与实测数据吻合良好,此模型可用于加工前热处理工艺制定的依据。
A mathematical model of certain specifications' TB6 titanium alloy ingot in heating process is established, and the temperature field in heating process is simulated by using a commercial software DEFORM based on the finite element method. Temperature curves of some points in the time course are obtained in heating up and air cooling, and the method is used as temperature field simulation of TB6 titanium alloy ingots of different specifications in heating process. The results show that the simulation data well agree with the measured data, and this model can be used to determine the heating process of TB6 titanium alloy ingot.
