摘要
聚合物驱是三次采油中提高采收率技术的重要手段之一,该技术用聚合物水溶液作为驱油剂,而聚合物水溶液的初始粘度是表征聚合物性能的一个重要指标。目前油田聚合物驱中最常用的聚合物是部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)。针对温度、pH值、阴离子、阳离子等影响HPAM水溶液初始粘度的因素进行了研究,并对其作用机理进行了分析。实验结果表明:pH值在7~10时溶液粘度较高;阴离子对HPAM水溶液初始粘度有一定影响;一价、二价阳离子对HPAM水溶液初始粘度的影响曲线符合傅立叶函数式;温度对HPAM水溶液初始粘度的影响满足关系式μ=73.465e5.8/t。
Polymer flooding is one of the important means of enhanced oil recovery, which uses polymer solution as oil displacement agent. The initial viscosity of polymer solution is an important indicator of polymer’s performance characterization. HPAM is most widely used in oilfield polymer flooding. This paper is aimed at the research of factors which influence the initial viscosity of HPAM solution such as metal cations, anions, pH, temperature. Their action mechanism has also been studied. The results indicate that the solution has high viscosity among pH7-10. Anion has a certain influence to the viscosity. The relations of cations’ influence to initial viscosity conform to the Fourier function.The influence of temperature to initial viscosity of HPAM solution conform to the formula η=73.465e5.8/t.
