摘要
介绍了FLUENT软件模拟粉粒体颗粒混合设备内部流场的基本理论和方法,论述了国内外应用和研究的进展及成果。结果表明。用计算流体力学技术可以模拟粉体颗粒混合设备中复杂的气-固多相流流场,并可以结合实验数据解决工程实践中速度场、压力场、浓度场等分布不合理的难题,为现有的混合设备的优化与新产品的研发提供指导性参数,指出了计算流体力学技术及其FLUENT软件在粉体颗粒混合领域潜在的应用前景。
The theory, method and the application research progress were presented. The results of FLUENT code numerical simulation and the experimental results to solve the uniformity of velocity and pressure in real engineering could provide the guide parameters for the optimization mixer and exploitation of new products. From all the aspects ,it was seen that the foreground of calculating fluid dynamics (CFD) and FLUENT code numerical simulation would be well and widely used in the field of powder mixing.
