摘要
通过对国内外同类产品的调研和比较,结合簇绒地毯的成圈原理、提花原理以及簇绒提花工艺,将多步进伺服控制系统运用在地毯提花控制上,代替传统的离合器提花和凸轮提花,提出了伺服电机提花系统,并基于RS-485总线的步进电机群控系统,通过多单片机组网,实现了对多电机的同步控制.根据多圈高簇绒提花的实际功能需要,设计了通讯协议和控制系统的完整构架.结合现场需要和调试经验,阐述了硬件电路设计和主从机软件设计中的细节要点.结果表明,系统不但突破了圈高限制,丰富了地毯花型,而且简化了机构,真正实现了柔性控制.
Combined with the principle of carpet tufting and jacquard, as well as tufting jacquard process, the servo motor jacquard system is put up by researching and comparing similar products at home and abroad. The step motor group control system is used for the jacquard control, which is designed to substitute for magnetic- clutch jacquard and cam jacquard. Step motor group is real time controlled in-phase based on RS485 Bus and multi-singlechip. According to the functional request of Jacquard control system for multi-level loop carpet tufting machine, the communication protocol and the framework of the control system is put forward, including debugging of the circuit and software design based on the field and debugging experience. This system not only breaks the limit of traditional multi-level loop jacquard and beautifies the carpet pattern, but also simplifies the machine and achieves flexible control.
