摘要
通过文献资料法和调查法对长春市几所体育院校的田径教师和练习短跑的学生进行初步调查,针对调查的结果,并根据短跑技术的特点和运动员的不同训练水平,提出在日常的训练中应该采用专项身体训练、起跑训练、技术训练、力量训练和心理训练等相互融合的方法,注重提高运动员的全面能力和素质,提高运动员的成绩,以此推动短跑技术的发展。
On the basis of law of document and data and the law of vinvestion relevant department make a tentative investigatint of physical colleage students in chang chun. According to the result and the character of dash technique and the different level of trained athletes the investigation indicate that the best way of daily training is mixing the body, the technical, the strength and the mental training together.
