摘要
采用非均相磺化法,以浓硫酸和聚苯乙烯为原料,制备了聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS),用FT-IR和1H-NMR对PSS进行了表征;并通过酸碱滴定测定了其磺化度.PSS对混凝土防渗性能影响的测定结果表明,磺化度为90%的PSS在很低的掺量下(≥0.001%)其防渗和强度性能均已达到或超过国家一等品的要求标准.
Poly(sodium styrenesulfonate)(PSS) was prepared by solid-liquid heterogeneous phase reaction of polystyrene and sulfuric acid, and its structure was characterized by chemical titration, FT-IR and 1^ H-NMR. The effect of PSS on concrete properties were also studied. The results showed that., when the dosage of PSS ≥0. 001%, the properties of concrete reached or exceeded the first-class standard.
