摘要
研究了以罗丹明B作显色剂,吐温-80作表面活性剂,用分光光度法测定大蒜中的硒。在pH=3.6的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-盐酸缓冲溶液中,硒与硫氰酸盐及罗丹明B形成稳定的三元络合物,其最大吸收波长是606 nm;硒在0-0.10μg/mL范围内符合朗伯比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数ε=5.1×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。方法的回收率在96.0%-104.0%之间。
The method of determination trace element selenium(Se) in garlic was with rhodamine B as a caloring reagent, and Tween - 80 as surfactant soil. The c studied by the spectrophotometer hromogenic reaction of selenium with thiocyanate and rhodamineB was carried out in KHC8H4O4 -HCl buffer solution of pH = 3.6. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 606 nm,The beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-0.10 μg/mL,the molar absorptivity was 5.1 ×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The range of recovery was 96.0% - 104.0%.
