摘要
实验测得了2种炭黑填充橡胶复合材料的热导率,并与5种理论模型计算出的热导率结果进行了对比。结果发现,炭黑含量对炭黑填充橡胶热导率影响很大。随着炭黑用量的增加,炭黑填充橡胶复合材料的热导率逐步增加;炭黑填充橡胶复合材料的热导率与炭黑的结构性及形态有关;在低填充分数2%~20%范围内,用Maxwell模型预测N539炭黑/天然橡胶及N330炭黑/天然橡胶2种复合材料的热导率,其值与实验结果最为接近。
The thermal conductivities of rubbers filled with carbon black were experimentally measured and the results were compared with the simulated results obtained using various theoretical models. It is shown that the thermal conductivity of rubber could be significantly enhanced with addition of carbon black and it was increased with increasing the volume of carbon black in the rubber. Besides, the thermal conductivity was also affected by the morphology of the carbon black and its dispersing condition within rubber. The simulated results using the Maxwell model had a good agreement with the measured results of N539 carbon/rubber and N330 carbon/rubber when the carbon filler volume fraction was from 2 % to 20%.
