the increasing demand,promoting of information technology and the updating of management concept,as driven by these three areas,the customer relationship management system gets a large number of application,pharmaceutical companies are no exception. This article briefly discusses the combination of customer relationship management (CRM) system and the of China's pharmaceutical enterprises,and what are the main points when the CRM platform contrusts.
