摘要
通过对顺丁橡胶装置设备腐蚀问题的剖析,从工艺和设备两个方面探讨了防止设备腐蚀应采取的有效方法,决定对凝聚回收油系统进行技术改造,从根本上消除设备腐蚀的根源,确保了装置的平稳安全生产。
Based on the analysis of equipment corrosion, in the cis - poly butadiene rubber plant, effeetive corrosion protection measures were studied in respect of process and equipment. The oil recycling system was revamped, and source of equipment corrosion has been eliminated. Therefore safe reliable operation of the unit has been ensured.
