摘要
导游人员是旅游过程的核心人物,在整个旅游活动中起着举足轻重的作用。通过对湖北省部分城市景区导游人员的问卷与访谈调查,运用SPSS12.0软件数理统计分析,揭示当前湖北省景区导游队伍建设存在的问题:整体素质偏低、薪金制度不合理、培训力度不够,并提出完善导游队伍建设的相关对策。
Tourist guides play an important role in tourism activities. This paper, through research methods of questionnaires , interviews and making use of software SPSS12.0 to analyze data, reveals the existing problems of tourist guide team construction： low overall quality, unreasonable payment system and insufficient training. Some countermeasures are pro- vided to solve the problems.
