PTEN基因和增殖细胞核抗原在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

Expression and significance of PTEN,PCNA in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation

摘要 目的:探讨喉鳞状细胞癌中PTEN和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating ceu nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测40例喉鳞癌中PTEN和PCNA的表达,并取30例声带息肉作对照。结果:PTEN在喉鳞癌中阳性表达率为52.5%,低于对照组的93.3%(P<0.05)。PTEN在喉鳞癌中的表达与病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05),与年龄、原发部位无显著相关(P>0.05)。PCNA在喉鳞癌中的表达率为77.5%,在声带息肉中为16.7%,两者间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。PCNA的表达强度与喉癌的病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移呈显著相关,与年龄、原发部位无关。PTEN和PCNA的表达具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN表达的下调和PCNA的过表达在喉鳞癌的发生、发展及转移过程中发挥重要作用,二者对于判断喉癌的进展和预后具有重要的临床意义。 Objective: To explore the expression and significance of PTEN and PCNA in laryngeal squemous cell Carcinoma (LSCC). Methods; The expression of PTEN and PCNA in 40 cases of laryngeal squemous cell Carcinoma (LSCC) was detected with immunohistochemical method (SP), Thirty cases of polyp of vocal cord were used as control. Results: The positive expression rate of PTEN in LSCC was 52.5%. The expression of PTEN was significantly lower in Lscc compared to normal controls, The expression of PTEN in LSCC was related to pathological stages,clinical stage and metastasis of lymph node (P〈0.05), but was not associated with age, and hypopharyngeal. (P〉0.05). The positive rate of PCNA was 77.5% and 16.7% in LSCC and polyp of vocal cord, respectively, and the intensity of positive expression of PCNA was significally related to the histological grade,clinical stage and metastasis of lymph node(P〈0.05), but was not associated with age, and tumor site. PTEN activity was associated with PCNA expression in LSCC (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Decreased expression of PTEN found in LSCC, may be correlated with the development and metastasis of LSCC, and reversely correlated with the expression of PCNA: Combined detection of PTEN and PCNA may be helpful to evaluate the progress and prognosis of LSCC.
