摘要 加氢裂化装置分馏进料加热炉自开工以来出口温度波动较大(10℃左右),影响了分馏系统的平稳操作。采用高鲁棒性先进控制技术,实现了对分馏加热炉出口温度的优化控制,出口温度波动控制在±2℃之内,稳定了分馏塔操作,提高产品收率,取得明显的经济效益。 The outlet temperature fluctuation of the fractionation system's feed heater of hydrocracking unit has been relatively high since it's put into operation,and thus affected the stable operation of the fractionation system.After application of highrobustness advanced control technology,the optimization control of the fractionation system heater's outlet temperature has been realized,the outlet temperature fluctuation has been controlled to within ±2 ℃,so the fractionating tower operation has been stabilized,the product yield has been increased,and the significant economic benefit has been achieved.
