摘要
使用有限元方法对支架加工过程中的压握和临床使用中的扩张、扩张回弹进行了数值模拟,并对支架在血管脉动载荷下的疲劳寿命进行了评价,同时采用实验验证了有限元分析的合理性。结果表明,有限元分析可以作为支架性能分析的有效手段,为支架设计和优化提供指导依据。
Stent crimping in manufacture process, clinical dilation and dilation recoil were simulated through numerical methods, and the safety life was also evaluated. Meantime, physical experiment were taken to verify the conformity of simulation. The result showed that the FEA method could be taken as the way to evaluate the property of stent, and provide guidance for the stent design and optimization.
