摘要
为了更好地研究机制砂对混凝土性能的影响,以福刚石灰岩机制砂和石粉为例,系统地研究了石粉含量对机制砂级配、细度模数、堆积密度(空隙率)的影响.试验结果表明,石粉含量对0.15 mm档的累计筛余和细度模数的影响呈线性关系;石粉含量对机制砂空隙率的影响则可用非均一球形颗粒的填充理论来解释.这不仅有助于更好地研究机制砂对混凝土性能的影响,而且还有助于指导机制砂的生产.
In order to have a better study on the effect between nufaetured fine aggregate and the concrete preformance, the effect of AMF content on gradation, modulus of fineness, packing density (void ratio) of MFA was systematically studied in the paper, by the example of Fugang limestone MFA. The results show that there are linear relations exist in AMF content, cumulative residue by 0. 15 mm sieve and fineness modulus. The effect of AMF content on void ratio of MFA is explained by the packing theory of particles with different size, which is benefit not only for study on the effect of MFA on perfornlances of concrete, but also the production of MFA.
