摘要
采用热压工艺制各ZrO2-MoSi2复合材料。结果表明,ZrO2对MoSi2基体有显著的强韧化作用;并探讨了ZrO2的强韧化机理。研究认为,ZrO2具有相变增韧及颗粒弥散强化双重作用,同时分析了ZrO2对裂纹扩展路径的影响。
The ZrO2-MoSi2 composites prepared by hot press process are introduced and the ZrO2 strengthening and toughening mechanism is discussed. Through the investigation, it is fourd that the ZrO2 has double effects of zirconia transformation toughening and particle dispersion strengthening.And the effects of zirconia on crack propagation are also analyzed in the paper
