摘要
通过对选育品种紫苏、左家优良品种紫苏和白苏的农艺性状及生理指标进行比较研究,结果表明:选育品种紫苏的农艺性状、生理指标都比左家品种紫苏和白苏有显著的差异。选育品种紫苏的株高、分枝数、花序数都高于左家紫苏和白苏;选育品种紫苏的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、粗脂肪含量也都高于左家紫苏和白苏,但游离脯氨酸含量低于左家紫苏和白苏。3个品种中选育品种紫苏为较晚成熟品种,左家紫苏为中熟品种,白苏为早熟品种。
Through comparing agricultural characteristics and physiological indexes of breeding variety purple periUa with left home-perilla and Baisu Perilla. The results showed that agricultural characteristics and physiological indexes of breading variety purple perilla was different significant from that of Baisu and left home Pe- rilla. The plant height and number of branches and inflorescence were more than that of left home perilla and Baisu, and chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein, crude fat content of Perilla were higher than that of left home perilla and Baisu, but proline content was less than that of left home perilla and Baisu. According to comparing the three varieties fertility status, breeding new variety Perilla belonged to late maturity variety, left home PeriUa belonged to mid-maturity variety,and Baisu belonged to early maturity variety.
