摘要
报告1例大疱性扁平苔藓。患者男,60岁。躯干、四肢出现角化性丘疹伴瘙痒5年,躯干起水疱3年。皮损组织病理检查显示典型扁平苔藓的组织病理改变。水疱直接免疫荧光检查阴性,有别于类天疱疮样扁平苔藓。
A case of bullous lichen planus is reported. A 60-year-old man presented with a history of keratotic papules on the trunk and extremities for 5 years and the bullae on the trunk for 3 years. Histopathology of the skin lesions showed typical features of lichen planus. Direct immunofluorescence test of the bullae was negative, which was different from lichen planus pemphigoides. The diagnosis of this case is bullous lichen planus.
